Sunday 23rd April – 9.30am – 1pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebalance after a long feeling winter as we relax, energise, and restore mind, body, and soul together. This yoga workshop is designed to leave you feeling like you’ve shaken off the cobwebs of the cold, hard months in every way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 3.5 hours, we shall practise: kirtan, fun vinyasa flow, shavasana massage, relaxing yin yoga, guided meditation. All complemented by Yogi tea and vegan cake halfway through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vinyasa flow will be for all levels, with modifications always offered. It will incorporate lots of hip opening to destress, back bending to open up, and arm balances and headstands to challenge yourself in a fun way and build strength and confidence. It will be inclusive of all, from beginners through to intermediates. The idea is to have fun, move, and enjoy it – you do not have to be able to do everything to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The yin yoga workshop will be really accessible, super calm, and the perfect preamble to winding down for the guided meditation. After the higher energy practice preceding it, the yin will feel like the perfect balance of energy and leave you floating into the meditation where the aim is to just LET GO! If you fall asleep, you will not be alone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
