Looking for a welcoming way to start your fitness journey? Our beginner Pilates classes at Walford Village Hall are the perfect place to begin. Starting Friday 8th May, Pearla Pilates is offering accessible, supportive sessions designed for adults aged 18+ with absolutely no prior experience required.
Each class focuses on improving core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall mobility. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, you’ll be guided through safe, effective movements in a relaxed environment.
Classes take place every Friday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Walford Village Hall (HR9 5QS). To help you get started, there is a special introductory rate of just £8 per session.
Pilates is well-known for its ability to strengthen the body while calming the mind, making it ideal for reducing stress and improving everyday movement.
